Your first restaurant day

Try the WELCOME code for $1,500, make sure you have a table and chairs, stock ingredients at Momomart, and check your Recipe book. Use Guest seating to send waiting customers to available seats, then manage workers and diners. Talk to different Chiikawas daily and use the night for customization.

This is a suggested routine combining the developer's description with recorded gameplay menus. Prices and progress shown in the video are examples from that session; check your current game before buying.

Sources checked October 19, 2026: the developer's description and Kay_bunny's gameplay, published October 6. Menu observations below link to their video timestamps. This site has not playtested the steps.

From opening to your first night

  1. Join the right restaurant and try the starting cash code

Open My Chiikawa Restaurant on Roblox. The developer currently lists WELCOME for $1,500 cash. The recorded code screen requires joining the group and favoriting the game, and says each code works once. Use our phone → Codes steps, complete the prerequisites, and enter the code exactly.

  2. Give waiting guests somewhere to sit

Use the Eatery computer → Assign seats interaction at the counter, shown at 05:14. Check Guest seating for available and assigned seats. Its help text says to place a table and chairs to add available seats; Assign sends the first waiting customer to an available seat.

  3. Stock the ingredients you need at Momomart

Check your recipe requirements first, then visit Momomart. The recorded shop has a minimum of 20 per ingredient, with quantity controls and Add to basket. Compare the basket total with your wallet before completing the purchase. See Momomart at 02:00.

  4. Check Recipes and your pantry together

Open Recipes to view the Recipe book. Check the dish's ingredient requirements, your available amounts, and whether it says ON / On your menu. Gyoza needs supplies, while the recorded Ramen card explicitly needs no ingredients. Restock for the dish you want to serve. See the Recipe book at 00:48.

  5. Hire Chiikawas and keep service moving

Open Workers to inspect My little team, with Cooks, Servers, Host, and Dishwasher categories visible in the video. Check the worker's role and the current hiring offer before confirming. During service, wake sleepy staff, catch dine-and-dashers, and help slow diners. See the team panel at 05:30.

  6. Make time for daily conversations

Talk to different Chiikawas each day to build friendships. As a practical routine, make a mental note of who you have already spoken to before returning to restaurant tasks. The developer does not specify a reset time, friendship point award, or conversation reward.

  7. Use the night for customization, then repeat

At night, work on your restaurant's theme, furniture, and colorways. Check the displayed price and preview before buying. On the next day, return to serving, staff checks, and conversations. The public description does not state how long day or night lasts.

  8. Work toward the next displayed recipe or star requirement

The recorded Recipe book shows Pork shumai as the next recipe, with progress toward 100 dishes served. Check the next target displayed in your own book and keep serving toward it. Recipe unlocks and restaurant stars are separate progress displays; the sources do not establish a complete 10-star formula.

Seats first: a table alone is not the instruction

The Guest seating panel says to place a table and chairs to add available seats. Check the available-seat count before trying to assign waiting guests. At 03:10 in the footage, a customer has been assigned to table 02 and the panel distinguishes available seats from assigned ones.

For a furniture price example, Second Chance shows a Cozy table for $65 each and Mint chairs for $30 per pair at 01:18. One of those tables plus a pair of those chairs totals $95 at the shown prices. The chair offer is out of stock in that frame, so check the restock state and current prices; the calculation is not a promise that the whole setup is immediately available.

A small Momomart shopping example

The recorded Momomart menu says Minimum 20 per ingredient. These four visible items give you a concrete way to check the basket arithmetic:

ItemShown unit price20 units cost
Cola$1$20
Boba$2$40
Matcha$3$60
Strawberry milk$2$40

Twenty of each would cost $160 at these prices. This is a worked example, not a requirement to buy all four. Pick the ingredients your active recipes need, check what you already have, and verify the basket total before purchasing.

Observed in Kay_bunny's Momomart menu at 02:00. The footage's prices, stock counts, and restock timer belong to that recorded session.

Check the fridge before stocking drinks

The drink cards at 00:50 explain that guests take a drink from the fridge on the way to their seat, before ordering food. The cards show a 10-second sipping time and no stove requirement. The recorded Matcha and Strawberry milk cards also say Fridge needs repair. If you see that message, inspect the current repair prompt before buying drinks solely to improve service; the footage does not establish a repair price.

When the kitchen is out of ingredients

Open Pantry fridge and look for missing items instead of guessing that every pause is a staff problem. At 08:10, the panel shows 0 ingredients and an Out: 9 counter; item cards such as dumpling wrappers and ground pork explicitly say Out of stock!

  1. Read the ingredient list for the recipe you want to serve in the Recipe book.
  2. Compare each required item with its count in Pantry fridge.
  3. Buy the missing supplies at Momomart, checking its current minimum quantity and basket total.
  4. Recheck your pantry and menu status before returning to seating and service.

The same pantry view marks Rice as For a future recipe. Use the recipe you can actually serve to decide what to restock; a zero beside a future ingredient is different from running out of an active recipe's supplies.

An empty pantry does not stop every recipe. The recorded Ramen starter card says No ingredients needed and is described as ready to cook without shopping. Check that card in your current Recipe book while you restock dishes such as Gyoza, which shows one dumpling wrapper and one ground pork per plate.

Seating, stock, recipe, and team-menu observations are collected in the recorded gameplay source. They are menu observations, not a measurement of income or an ideal shopping list.

What to do when service slows down

A hired worker has fallen asleepSmack the lazy worker to wake them up, then check whether service resumes. The developer explicitly describes waking lazy staff this way.
A seated customer is taking a long timeHit the customer to make them eat faster. This is a stated game mechanic. The description gives no timing or damage multiplier.
A customer tries to dine and dashCatch the customer instead of leaving the incident unattended. The developer calls out dine-and-dashers; the exact catch controls are not documented in the public description.
You want a different restaurant lookPlan the theme, furniture, and colorways you want, then customize at night.Night customization is part of the stated game loop.

Start by matching your action to the problem you can see. If staff are working and customers are eating, continue the game's normal service loop. You do not need a staff tier list to use these confirmed mechanics.

Staff waking, faster eating, dine-and-dashers, and night customization are stated in the official game description. Seating and pantry checks come from the timestamped gameplay menus above. No efficiency ranking was measured.

Read the worker's own panel

The video's My little team panel shows Beni · Server, alongside worker-specific star, potential, walk, laziness, and growth fields. Use the role and details on your own worker's card to understand that worker. One visible Beni card is not a universal stat line, a staff ranking, or proof that all servers share the same values.

For example, that Beni card reads 1/5 stars, potential 3 stars, Walk 15, Laziness 25% / 3 min, and Growth 0.0 / 3 working days. Treat these as one worker's recorded state. For cooking problems, inspect the Cooks assignment area too: at 07:50, Nori is assigned to Stove 2, while other slots say No stove. Check the assigned cook and stove rather than assuming another server fixes the kitchen.

Two problems at once: what comes first?

A worker has dozed off while a diner is heading out without paying. Catch the leaving customer first, then wake the worker. When nobody is leaving, wake idle staff and then check slow diners. Leave the room refresh for nighttime.

Our practical order: this prioritizes the immediate problem you can see. The developer describes the separate actions but gives no loss rate or timing comparison, so this is an editorial routine, not a measured earnings ranking.

Daily friendship without guessing the rewards

The confirmed action is simple: talk to different Chiikawas daily to become their friends. Fit a conversation round into each day, then return to running the restaurant. Speaking to different characters follows the developer's wording; repeatedly talking to one character is not a documented shortcut.

If a character shows dialogue, a meter, or a requirement in your session, use that current in-game information to choose your next action. No verified friendship level table or reward list was available in the sources checked for this guide, so there is no promised cash bonus or staff unlock attached to chatting here.

There is a specific gifting condition in the recorded Gift Bag at 01:14: friends need 3 hearts or more to receive gifts. The menu says to tap a gift to hold it, and points to Chari's rickshaw on the east side for buying gifts. It does not establish gift prices or the friendship gained from each gift.

RoutineWhat to doKeep separate
StaffingHire Chiikawas and wake lazy workers.Hiring does not establish a friendship level or a recipe unlock.
FriendshipTalk to different Chiikawas daily. The description does not say hiring replaces daily conversations.
CustomizationChange themes, furniture, and colorways at night.Different themes do not automatically share the same cash boost.

What to leave for nighttime

The developer specifically describes restaurant customization at night and lists themes, furniture, and colorways as options. Use that part of the cycle to decide what you want to change. A useful shopping order is to choose the look first, compare its displayed price with your remaining cash, and confirm only the changes you want.

The recorded Skip the night? confirmation at 07:31 warns that you cannot customize the restaurant in the morning. If you still want to change the room, choose Keep decorating; choose Skip night when you are ready to move on.

Paid passes are a separate decision. THEME and LIMITED HALLOWEEN THEME are two different 450 Robux listings. Only THEME's published description states a 10% cash boost; the Halloween listing has no published description confirming that benefit.

For a later cash goal, Kurimanju Cozy Corner at 02:10 lists a top-floor room for $15,000, reached by the fire escape behind the restaurant. Its room items require the room unlock; the shown Pastel wardrobe is $12,000 and Star nightstand is $2,100. The room price is $15,000, not the player-specific remaining-cash shortfall displayed beside it.

Recipes and the 10-star goal: choose your next step

Your long-term target is a 10-star restaurant. For recipes, the recorded Recipe book gives a more specific next action: at 00:48 it shows Next: Pork shumai · 5/100, with a locked card explaining that it unlocks at 100 dishes served. It also shows ingredient requirements, amounts owned, and menu status.

Use that pattern to choose your next step:

  • Check the next recipe's served-dish target and your current progress in the Recipe book.
  • Read that dish's ingredient needs, replenish missing supplies, and check its menu status.
  • Read any star or restaurant progress requirement the game displays; work on that specific condition.
  • Keep staff awake and handle customer problems while working toward the next unlock.
  • Separate decoration purchases you want from requirements the game actually asks you to complete.

Ten recipe entries read from the recorded menu

These are the names, displayed plate prices, and unlock milestones visible around 00:47–00:50 in the October 6 video. A plate price is what the menu shows in that player's session; it is not a profit figure or a verified unboosted base price.

RecipeShown cash / plateDishes served to unlockObserved detail
Gyoza$14Starter recipe1 dumpling wrapper + 1 ground pork; menu lists 7 seconds on a 1-star stove.

Cook durations for Gyoza and Ramen are labels on their 1-star stove recipe cards, not timings measured from this sped-up video. No ingredient lists or cooking times are inferred for the locked rows.

Recipe progress is not a star formula. These ten observed entries do not establish the full current recipe catalogue or every requirement for a 10-star restaurant. Use your current progress displays for the next target; this guide does not promise a fastest route.

If the restaurant feels laggy

The developer suggests trying a private server when you experience lag. Check the Roblox server options and any displayed cost first. Availability and a lag-free session are not guaranteed. Lag is different from a customer eating slowly: the latter has a specific advertised action, hitting the customer to make them eat faster.

A few little questions

How do I wake up workers in My Chiikawa Restaurant?

The developer says to smack lazy workers to wake them up. Check whether the worker resumes after the action; no cooldown or timing is given in the public description.

How do I make friends with Chiikawas?

Talk to different Chiikawas daily. The developer confirms this builds friendship, but does not publish a daily reset time, point table, or reward list.

When can I decorate my restaurant?

Customize at night. The recorded Skip the night? dialog warns that morning customization is unavailable. Choose Keep decorating if you still want to change the room, or Skip night when ready to move on.

Why are guests waiting when I have a table?

Check Guest seating for available seats. The recorded panel says to place a table and chairs to add seats, and explains that Assign sends the first waiting customer to an available seat.

Can I cook when the pantry has no ingredients?

Check the specific recipe. The recorded Ramen starter card says no ingredients are needed, while Gyoza requires one dumpling wrapper and one ground pork. An empty pantry does not prove every recipe is unavailable.

How do I work toward the next recipe?

Check the Recipe book for the next served-dish target and ingredient needs. The recorded example shows Pork shumai at 5 of 100 dishes served, with an unlock at 100 dishes. The ten observed entries here are not a full current catalogue or a 10-star formula.
